Create, assign, and practice tests easily with this resource! Online tests and quizzes made up from multiple choice, short answer and essay style type questions can be graded instantly. ClassMarker will randomise questions and answers, add time limits, and pre-set test availability dates. You can embed these tests on your own web page. With a free account, you can save 100 test results a month and view activity reports about those who have taken the test. Registration is not required.
However, test results are only saved when students are registered and logged into ClassMarker. To register students, you create a group, add the student names (use a code for online safety), and create a password for the group. Or students can register themselves using a registration code you give them. You can then transfer users to multiple groups after they are registered if you wish. Follow the blog below which compares various quiz tools elearningtech.blogspot Why not try 'Bitstrips' as a comic strip builder.....similar concept as Pixton and Toondoo. You can even create an avatar image of yourself! Once you've opened a Bitstrip, you have a few options beyond just reading it. These include:- adding a comment (don't forget to adjust your avatar's expression!), send to a friend (via email), post to a blog or website, make it a favourite(makes it easier to find later), subscribe (to a series or author), edit the strip (only possible for selected strips, plus any you've made), rate the strip - if it made you laugh, click on the smile! If it made you groan, click on the frown. http://www.bitstrips.com/help.php
Attended some workshops using Adobe Connect. Great way to network with others. However, sometimes the audio sound would cut out. For the live training session we had to visit a link to make sure that we could connect to the web conference via the link below
http://my.adobe.acrobat.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm The test ensured that you had the correct version of Flash Player installed and that your connection is fast enough. Should the test identify any difficulties with your set-up, you can install the software. In order to hear the presenter during the live event, you can use either headphones or your PC speakers. It is advisable to check sound or video by playing a youtube clip! We did not use a microphone or webcam for these sessions. Looking forward to our session in October! Why not try capturing all the action by using the "Camera+" app. It has a 'Burst' function that takes a rapid stream of shots in seconds! Would have missed this with a normal camera!
